Like relics from a forgotten dream we dance within the twilight of a nameless sky. Reveling of our own immortality. Laughing in the face of the never ending. Bathing in the glory of the unknown. Late last year we were lucky enough to host our friends from @Sevenislandbrewery out of Greece and we conceptualized a new imperial stout offering based on a Greek dessert we shared called tsoureki. A carefully selected blend of 4 imperial stouts tempered down to 13% were conditioned on mountains of white and dark chocolates, house made hazelnut praline and fresh orange zest before being dusted with green cardamom and a mediterranean spice called mahleb made from ground cherry pits. Lost yourself in this luxurious experience of fresh baked pastry dough, stuffed with warming hazelnut and coated in luxurious chocolate topped with candied orange zest. - 13.0% ABV
