Grace is made from a lengthy step mash of Epiphany Malt Modern Pilsner and rice, and flavored from a healthy whirlpool hopping with Hallertau Mittelfruh, Experimental HBC 1019, and Tettnanger. This beer fermented low and slow with our house lager strain, before spunding away to natural carbonation and aging in our horizontal lager tanks. A refreshment of jasmine vines, stone fruit blossoms, and soft dumplings.
